In the context of European funding, managing and implementing projects can be a difficult task, with many challenges and risks. For this reason, BEST SMART CONSULTING, a company with extensive experience in writing, managing and implementing projects funded by European funds (..and not only), has partnered with the eMIP Platform to offer future beneficiaries of the funding programmes POE, PIDS and PTJ - a complete and efficient solution for writing, managing and implementing these types of projects.

WHO DO WE ADDRESS?
The beneficiaries of these projects include various organizations and organizational and territorial associations, such as local public administrations (UATs), Local Action Groups (GALs), intercommunity development associations (ADI), NGOs and SMEs. Through this collaboration, BEST SMART CONSULTING and the eMIP Platform provide a solution for tracking and monitoring projects funded by European funds.
Within this collaboration, BEST SMART CONSULTING has been using the eMIP Platform for more than 3 years and has managed in the last year to recover 11 projects that were at risk of suspension or termination. Benefiting from the facilities offered by the eMIP Platform, the beneficiaries of these POCU projects (various UATs and GALs) managed to get their implementation process back on track, quickly reaching “up to date” with all technical-financial reporting activity.

Project writing and the funding application: In collaboration with the beneficiary's project team, we define the objectives, the activities and their outputs, as well as all other aspects necessary to define the budget and the elements that make it up.
Support in the contracting process: After winning the project, we dedicate ourselves to preparing a detailed schedule, with deadlines and fixed dates, to ensure efficient and timely implementation of the project until its completion. In addition, we propose an availability schedule for all partners and, together with the project team, prepare payment or reimbursement claims, adapted to the project's specific cash-flow needs.
Implementation: During the implementation period, we support the project team in preparing the reporting documents: preparing and generating monthly activity reports, timesheets, and generating the monthly project archive for each member of the project team.
We also support the management team in preparing Notifications, Additional acts for amending the funding application, and Technical reports, while monitoring the budgeted activity and output indicators. In this way, we document all the key aspects of the project, namely the achievement of the assumed objectives and output indicators.
Monitoring: For “grant administrators”, who manage and monitor the Business Plans funded through the project, we support the monitoring process of the Startups to which you grant funding - automating both the processes of budget management and financial execution, as well as those of validating operations and generating the Startup's monthly activity reports.
