💡 Adaptation to the funder’s new requirements

eMIP Platform is designed to comply with the reporting structure defined in the PEO/PoIDS Beneficiary Manual. Thus, users can manage Deliverables / Other Documents, Outputs, and Project Indicators, in accordance with the values committed to through the Funding Application (C.F.).

Each deliverable / document generated through implementation can be associated with Results, Indicators or GT Member

The achieved and committed values are tracked in real time, eliminating the risk of errors and ensuring transparency in management:

🛠️ Managing Deliverables, Outputs, and Indicators in PEO/PoIDS Projects

Management of project deliverables and documents: The platform allows users to organize and archive all documents associated with outputs and indicators.
Automated reporting: Predefined formats are integrated, such as Annex 10 Monthly Activity Report and Annex 8 Timesheet, significantly reducing the time allocated to the reporting process.
Automatic generation of reports based on the information entered by the project team experts in Calendar Expert.
Management of Output Results, Implementation Indicators and Output Indicators of the project throughout the entire implementation period.
Illustration in workshops through a DEMO project: Platform users have access to workshops organized periodically in which the features, tools, and operating recommendations are presented, using demonstration projects that detail the steps required to prepare a complete report.

At the time this article was written, the eMIP team is working to adapt the Timesheet (Annex 8) in accordance with the latest Instruction no. 5 of 17 December 2024. This demonstrates our team’s ongoing commitment, in support of users and adaptability to the program’s requirements.
